Location: Perched on a hill surrounded by umbrella and flute acacias, lies Lake Burunge Tented Camp. The view extends to the lake of the same name, which fluctuates greatly in size depending on the rainy season. Opened in 2007, the tented lodge is located about 1 hour from Tarangire National Park. Equipment: The 20 tents are built on wooden platforms. They are equipped with a double bed with mosquito net, toilet/shower and a private veranda. In the evening, a central fireplace next to the restaurant and bar invites you to linger.
