Location: The lodge is located on the great north-south elephant corridor that led the Luo ethnic group, the missionaries and the early explorers in their search for the source of the Nile. Heritage Safari Lodge is 370 km from the Ugandan capital Kampala, 270 km from the Kampala – Gulu highway and 100 km from Karuma. Accommodation: All bandas are fully equipped with seating, private bathroom and mosquito net. Each banda offers an uninterrupted view of the Albert Nile and the surrounding green meadows of the hilly savannah. Restaurant: The Heritage Safari Lodge has a restaurant that offers a breakfast buffet or à la carte, a bar, a communal lounge and a garden in Pakwach East.
