Location: Karama Lodge is idyllically situated on a hill in Arusha and offers a great view of Mount Meru. Arusha is the starting point for safaris in the north of Tanzania. Facilities: The simple lodge has 22 rooms with a natural design. Each room has its own balcony with a view of the countryside and a private bathroom. The rooms are simply but functionally equipped with a bed, mosquito net, storage space and comfortable seating on the terrace. If you arrive around midday, you can enjoy a few hours by the pool before going on safari the next day. Restaurant: The Karama Lodge Restaurant also offers great views and fresh meals prepared from local produce.
