Location: Tucked away, away from the island’s busy beaches, Michamvi Sunset Bay Resort is located in the stunning, white and turquoise Chwaka Bay on the southeast side of Zanzibar. Facilities: The hotel has 10 rooms on the first floor and 10 on the ground floor. The rooms on the ground floor have their own small garden and the rooms upstairs have a balcony. All rooms are equally equipped with bath and shower, air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, coffee maker, safe and WiFi. Restaurant: The Michumvi offers half or full board. There are two restaurants, the Sea Breeze where breakfast and lunch are served, located right on the beach overlooking Chwaka Bay and the Garden Restaurant. Dinner is served every evening at different locations. Occasionally, there is evening entertainment and tables are set up by the pool, on the beach or in one of the restaurants. The kitchen offers a wide selection of local and international dishes. The Sunset Bar on the beach is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Activities: Guests can swim in the pool or sea. Other excursions in the area can be arranged by the management. The Sea Breeze Spa is fully equipped to offer a variety of massages and body scrubs, pedicures, and manicures.
