[single-accommodation-stars]Lamai Serengeti Main Camp

Information

Location: Lamai Serengeti Camp is located in the northern Serengeti, near the Wogakuria Kopjes and about 30 minutes from the Mara River. The Wogakuria Kopjes offer many great viewpoints over the Mara river valley. The camp is the perfect starting point to witness the great migration of wildebeest and zebra from July to October and their crossings of the Mara River. But even outside of this time, many animals are to be expected in the Northern Serengeti. Grass-eaters such as zebra, topi, gazelles, impala, buffalo, elephants, giraffes are present all year round. Lions are never far away anyway and the leopards also love the stony terrain and the small river valleys. Facilities: Lamai Serengeti Camp consists of twelve rooms, divided into a main camp with 8 rooms and a smaller private camp – with its own access, separate dining area, lounge and private pool. All rooms are decorated in light tones, with a large en-suite bathroom (hot water on request) and a private veranda overlooking the serenge plains. For a cool refreshing bath, a large swimming pool is available to guests. There is a lounge with a bar and an open-plan dining area with comfortable seating areas. Restaurant: In the morning, coffee is delivered to the room. Meals can be enjoyed in the communal dining area or in a private atmosphere on the private veranda. Enjoyable picnics, sunset drinks or bush breakfasts can be arranged on request.
